I work primarily with entrepreneurs, leadership teams, and peer groups (such as EO and YPO forums) in companies ranging from $5M–$100M+ in annual revenue. My clients are growth-oriented leaders who want clarity, structure, and freedom in both business and life.
2. How is BOS360 different from EOS or Scaling Up?
BOS360 builds on proven foundations like EOS and Scaling Up, but it goes further. It integrates advanced tools for decision-making, deeper strategy frameworks, and even AI-enabled systems. It’s designed for teams who don’t just want structure, but sustainable growth and freedom.
3. What is Elite Forum?
Elite Forum is a facilitation approach that transforms peer groups (EO, YPO, or independent forums) into life-changing spaces of connection, accountability, and growth. I provide the structure, tools, and insights that elevate the group experience without competing with EO or YPO’s unique frameworks.
4. Do you travel for in-person sessions?
Yes. I work with clients around Canada. Sessions can be held virtually or on-site, depending on what best serves your team or forum. Travel logistics are arranged on a case-by-case basis.
5. Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes. My work is not about a one-time workshop. I partner with entrepreneurs, teams, and forums over the long term to help them scale, adapt, and thrive through changing seasons. I do not “hold hands” and stay out of your way however make myself available when needed to dive into the tools.
6. How long does it take to see results?
Most leadership teams and forums see impact immediately after the first session — clarity, alignment, and stronger conversations. Sustained transformation usually develops over the first 3–12 months, depending on the depth of engagement. Many of my clients are multi-year as they evolve, so do my teachings.
