Building Freedom with the Right Foundation
After building and selling businesses, working with entrepreneurs for more than 25 years, and navigating oceans as a sailor, I’ve learned that freedom comes from strong foundations anchored in purpose — in business and in life.
—01 Entrepreneur at Heart
I’ve always been an entrepreneur at heart. Over the last 25 years, I’ve founded four businesses and exited times successfully, facilitated leadership teams, and coached entrepreneurs around the world. But the deeper truth I discovered is this: freedom doesn’t come from avoiding the key areas of your life. It comes from aligning them with purpose.
When I first started building businesses, I thought they were meant to serve me. Over time, I realized they were meant for something greater — to serve others, to create impact, and to be a way of stewarding my gifts. That perspective reshaped everything.
—02 From EOS to BOS360
But after 18–24 months, EOS required me to “graduate” clients. The problem? My clients didn’t want to graduate — they wanted more. They had bigger goals, deeper challenges, and were asking for tools that didn’t exist in EOS.
That’s when I co-created BOS360 — a next-level business operating system. BOS360 builds on EOS and Scaling Up, but goes further with decision-making frameworks, next-level strategy tools, and even AI integration. It’s built for leaders who want sustainable growth, not just a temporary boost.
—03 The NAV360
Movement
That’s when I began building NAV360, a holistic movement for entrepreneurs based on three pillars:
- Business Growth (BOS360): Align your team, strengthen decisions, and scale with confidence.
- Elite Forum: Transform peer groups into life-changing spaces of growth, accountability, and connection.
- Personal Health (Health360): Build the physical, mental, and spiritual resilience needed to thrive.
NAV360 is more than a system — it’s a foundation for entrepreneurial freedom.
The Sailing Connection
At 15, my dad introduced me to sailing, and it’s been part of my life ever since. Today, as co-owner of Il Mostro — a Volvo 70 that competed in the Volvo Ocean Race — I’ve sailed across oceans and through storms.
Sailing, like entrepreneurship, is about freedom — but it’s also about discipline, teamwork, and resilience. The ocean is unpredictable, and success depends on clarity of roles, strength of the crew, and trust in your compass. I bring these same lessons into my work with entrepreneurs: business is an ocean, and with the right foundation, you can navigate anything.
Core Values
Anchored in faith and love, I pursue a life of wisdom, growth, health, deep connection, and the freedom to explore new horizons—guiding entrepreneurs, founders, and business coaches to tap into their true potential, break through frustration, and build the clarity and structure they need to lead, coach, and live at their best.
Family
Family is my foundation. It is where love, trust, and character are formed. I believe in building deep relationships with my family, sharing meaningful experiences, and growing together through every season of life. The legacy we create as a family is meant to extend beyond us—bringing positive impact to the world around us.
Growth
Growth means choosing challenge over comfort. I’m committed to learning, evolving, and helping others expand into their next level of impact.
Health
Sustainable success requires energy. I prioritize physical, mental, and emotional well-being so I can show up strong for my family, clients, and calling.
Faith
My Christian faith is the cornerstone of my life. At the age of 15, I made a decision to devote my life to Christ, and that commitment has guided my path ever since. My faith shapes how I live, how I lead, and how I serve others.
It reminds me that life is ultimately about love, humility, stewardship, and purpose. I strive each day to grow in faith, to live with integrity, and to reflect the character of Christ in the way I care for people and the world around me.
Freedom
I value the freedom to explore, create, and design a life of purpose. Freedom allows me to innovate, dream boldly, and follow the path God lays before me. It fuels my entrepreneurial spirit and gives me space to build, adventure, and contribute at the highest level.
I don’t teach theory — I teach what I’ve lived.
As a founder, entrepreneur, and coach, I’ve spent more than 25 years building companies, leading teams, and working alongside entrepreneurs. Everything I share has been tested in real businesses and refined through decades of leadership experience — the foundation behind NAV360.
