Shelby Hacala is an entrepreneur, business builder, and leadership guide who has spent more than 25 years working alongside founders and leadership teams.
After building and selling multiple businesses, Shelby dedicated his work to helping entrepreneurs navigate the real challenges of leadership. As a long-time member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) and an experienced forum facilitator, he has spent decades inside confidential peer groups where leaders openly share the realities of running companies, leading teams, and carrying the weight of major decisions.
Through this experience, Shelby discovered that most entrepreneurs struggle not because of a lack of intelligence or ambition, but because they are missing three critical elements: a clear system to run the business, a trusted circle of peers, and a disciplined way to stay physically, mentally, and spiritually strong under pressure.
These insights led to the creation of NAV360, a framework designed to help entrepreneurs build strong companies while becoming stronger leaders themselves.
A passionate sailor and ocean adventurer, Shelby often draws on the lessons of sailing to illustrate the entrepreneurial journey.
